EQUITY BANK NOW GIVING MORTGAGE LOANS TO KENYANS IN USA

Dear Kenyans and Friends of Kenya,

Equity Bank is now giving mortgage loans to the Kenyan community living in USA. What this means is that if you are currently living in USA, you don't have to go back to Kenya to apply for an Equity Bank Loan. You can apply for it here in USA, have it processed here and Service the loan from here without going back to Kenya. In short, everything is done from here US, through It's Agent Company (Frank Tax & Financial Services LLC) a company based in Atlanta GA (Marietta).

The following are the Equity bank mortgage loan Requirements;

1. A Bank account with the Equity bank.
2. The regular normal mortgage criteria to be followed for the mortgage
approval. Nothing unique or new but the usual USA/Kenyan mortgage approval policies to be applied to determine whether one qualify or not.


OPENING EQUITY BANK ACCOUNTS

To open an Equity bank account, one will need the following;

1. A Copy of a passport (Picture and renewal pages)
2. 2 colored passport size photographs.
3. A bill or bank statement to prove the customers current address here in the USA.
4. A total of $150 broken down as follows; $100 being the customer's initial deposit with the Equity bank, $30 agency overhead expenses, $10 money wire fees, $10 Documents FedEx charges to Kenya.
